A total of 71 people attended, including CEO Lee Cheong of Samsung Display and other executives, and 56 partner company leaders including Fine M-Tec Chairman Hong Seong-cheon, who serves as head of the Samsung Display cooperative council. ▲ Business strategy presentation ▲ Awards for outstanding partners ▲ Case presentations by awardees were held.
In a welcome address, CEO Lee Cheong said, "From the 8.6-generation IT OLED slated for mass production, to foldables expected to see full-fledged market expansion, and newly emerged AI devices, 2026 is an important year for the business," adding, "Our true competitive edge will come from closely communicating with partners, accurately reading the rapidly changing market and customer needs, and translating them into technologies and products more quickly."
Fine M-Tec Chairman Hong Seong-cheon said, "Even in a difficult environment, cooperation based on trust has been a driving force for innovation and competitiveness," adding, "We will continue to share each other's technologies and know-how and maintain a sustainable win-win relationship."
"Win-win cooperation day" has been held since 2012 with Samsung Electronics as an event to promote harmony with partners and reaffirm the will for joint growth. Since last year, it has been run separately by company. Starting this year, Samsung Display added new "product exhibition" and "case presentation" sessions for practical technology cooperation and performance sharing. At the awards, a total of seven partners that achieved outstanding results in 2025 in production technology and process innovation and in the sustainable management institutional sector were selected as outstanding partners.
