NC Service said on the 16th that it received the prime minister's commendation at the "2026 Disability Employment Promotion Conference," recognized for expanding employment of people with disabilities and creating an inclusive work environment.
The conference is hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) and organized by the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities (KEAD), and awards corporations and meritorious individuals who contributed to promoting the employment of people with disabilities.
NC Service is a standard workplace for persons with disabilities operated by NC, carrying out various service tasks, including game customer support. As of March 2026, 80 employees with disabilities work there, 83% of whom are persons with severe disabilities.
The company has continued to develop job roles and improve working conditions to increase employment stability for people with disabilities. It currently operates 12 roles, including customer support, café barista, shelving organization, and reusable cup management, and professional staff such as sign language interpreters, social workers, and career counselors work alongside employees to support their job adjustment and retention.
With these efforts, NC Service received the "Comfortable Workplace of the Year" Minister of the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) award in 2020.
Cho Jeong-ho, CEO of NC Service, said, "We have continued to develop diverse job roles and improve the working environment to provide stable jobs for people with disabilities," adding, "We will continue to expand employment and strive to create a workplace where employees can work with pride."
