Cybersecurity company SOFTCAMP said on the 13th that it showcased its key security solutions at Japan's largest IT exhibition, "Japan IT Week."
SOFTCAMP set up a solo booth at the event held in Tokyo from the 8th to the 10th and exhibited security solutions needed in the era of generative artificial intelligence (AI).
Specifically, it introduced its cloud-based account management service "SHIELD ID," the zero-trust-based web isolation security service "SHIELD Gate," the cloud document security service "SHIELD DRM," and subsidiary RedPenSoft's software (SW) supply chain security solution "XSCAN."
At the exhibition, SOFTCAMP demonstrated in real time how to safely use major Generative AI services such as SHIELD Gate and SHIELD DRM in corporate environments. A company official said, "We confirmed that Japanese corporations recognize information leakage risks after adopting AI services and cloud data security as key challenges." More than 40,000 corporate IT managers were reported to have visited this year's event.
Bae Hwan-guk, CEO of SOFTCAMP, said, "We will use this exhibition as a springboard to ramp up our push into the Japanese market."
