Remote solutions corporations RSUPPORT said on the 10th that it attended Japan IT Week 2026, Japan's largest IT exhibition, and unveiled a "digital transformation (DX) strategy" that combines remote access and security.
RSUPPORT set up a booth at Tokyo Big Sight, where the event was held from the 8th to the 10th of this month, and introduced a new remote work framework that combines its remote work solution RemoteView with the anti-ransomware solution WhiteDefender.
As Japanese corporations expand work-from-home policies, ransomware threats are rapidly increasing. In particular, vulnerabilities in virtual private networks (VPNs) and remote desktop protocol (RDP) have emerged as major channels for ransomware attacks, driving demand for remote work solutions with strengthened security, the company said.
In response, RSUPPORT plans to strengthen security for work-from-home environments by promoting the adoption of WhiteDefender, focusing on Japanese corporations already using RemoteView.
RemoteView ranks No. 1 in market share for cloud remote control solutions in Japan and has been adopted by more than 21,000 Japanese corporations, including security-sensitive financial institutions such as Sompo Japan. The company said that by applying robust security technologies such as encryption of network communications to a range of security management functions—including two-factor authentication, setting remote access connection times, and blocking unauthorized IP access—it can ensure a secure remote work environment even without a VPN.
Adding WhiteDefender, which detects ransomware in real time, can establish an even safer remote work framework. WhiteDefender, developed by the domestic anti-ransomware specialist EveryZone, recently signed an exclusive distribution agreement in Japan with RSUPPORT.
Seo Hyeong-su, CEO of RSUPPORT, said, "To ensure business continuity—the core of the digital transformation many Japanese corporations are pursuing, including work-from-home—and further improve productivity, strengthening security is essential," adding, "Centering on the digital transformation strategy that combines remote and security, which drew much attention at this event, we will further solidify RSUPPORT's standing in the Japanese market."
