Oracle and Amazon Web Services (AWS) said on Apr. 7 that they will introduce "Oracle AI Databases@AWS" for customers in Korea.
Offered in the AWS Asia Pacific (Seoul) Region, the service centers on enabling Exadata databases service, Autonomous AI databases, and an Autonomous AI lakehouse to run on OCI-dedicated infrastructure within AWS.
Corporations can move their existing on-premises Oracle databases and Exadata environments to AWS with minimal changes, and can also integrate Oracle and AWS data in a zero-ETL approach to combine it with AI and analytics services such as Amazon Bedrock.
CJ Olive Young was presented as a core workload transfer case. Customers can purchase the service not only through AWS Marketplace but also through authorized partners such as Uclick and Etevers.
