SOOP affiliate Privial said on the 6th that it will change its name to TTL Communications and shift to an integrated marketing corporations.
Privial has been an integrated advertising agency that has provided one-stop services from ad production to airing and marketing based on the radio advertising market, carrying out more than 6,000 campaigns with about 4,000 partner companies.
This name change is a strategic rebranding to expand its business scope beyond audio-centered operations to digital and content advertising and offline marketing. In particular, through collaboration with PlayD, it plans to strengthen its integrated campaign capabilities across the entire process from ad planning to production and operations.
The new name, TTL, stands for Transformation Trend Leader and reflects a direction to grow into a marketing corporations that leads market change.
The company reorganized its business structure into three areas: ◇ media ◇ digital ◇ offline. The media area raises brand awareness through audio and video advertising, the digital area handles data-based targeting and content distribution, and the offline area expands consumer touchpoints through pop-ups and BTL events.
By integrating these areas, it will build a marketing structure that extends from ad exposure to engagement to offline experience and provide integrated marketing that connects brand awareness to purchase and repurchase.
A TTL Communications official said, "We will leverage the production and operations capabilities accumulated in audio advertising to strengthen integrated marketing across all channels," and added, "We will focus on campaigns that lead to customer results."
