Raonsecure said on the 2nd that it will work with Upstage to target the security automation market based on agentic AI.
Raonsecure signed a business agreement with Upstage for "agentic AI security automation development and commercialization." Through the agreement, the two companies will combine Raonsecure's security and authentication technology with Upstage's large language model (LLM) to seek to secure leadership in the next-generation security market.
The two companies plan to launch an "agentic AI-based security automation platform" within the year. Unlike existing rule-based security systems, the platform understands security situations in context units, makes its own judgments, and carries out responses.
The platform automatically performs the entire process from anomaly detection and analysis to policy enforcement and blocking, and it learns internal procedures and response histories at corporations to manage security operations in an integrated manner. This allows security personnel to reduce repetitive workloads and focus on strategic decision-making.
It also supports around-the-clock automation of a range of security tasks, including account privilege management (JML) for employee onboarding and offboarding and organizational changes, threat analysis, policy enforcement, and report generation.
The two companies plan to expand the scope of application to various industries, including finance, public sector, defense, telecommunications, platforms, commerce, healthcare, and manufacturing. To drive market adoption, they will offer both packaged and customized services so that not only large enterprises but also mid-sized and small corporations can implement them.
They will also pursue parallel development of "AAM (Agentic AI Management)" technology for identity verification and access control of agentic AI. Based on decentralized identity (DID), the technology manages AI roles and permissions to build a trust infrastructure spanning digital and physical environments.
