Hecto Innovation said on the 30th that it has newly launched the game prediction platform "PollyBall" to coincide with the Korean professional baseball season.
"PollyBall" is a platform that predicts the outcomes of multiple professional baseball games while offering both fun and benefits, supporting various participatory content such as outcome prediction games and guessing player stats. Users who get their predictions right receive entry tickets and can enter for baseball stadium seat ticket exchange vouchers.
The ticket exchange vouchers range from home team cheering sections to premium table seats and are awarded by lottery. The issued tickets are provided in the "PollyBall Wallet" as NFTs (nonfungible tokens) and are designed to be exchangeable for physical tickets at designated convenience stores on game day.
Hecto Innovation also built a digital asset wallet within the platform, laying the groundwork for service expansion. The wallet applies an enterprise digital wallet service using a subsidiary's technology, enhancing security and reliability.
Going forward, the company plans to expand services beyond professional baseball to a variety of sports and broaden into fields such as politics, the economy, and culture, advancing it into a prediction-based platform.
