Jobis&Villains Corp. said on the 26th that it unveiled Jeomsami, a voice call-based personalized artificial intelligence (AI) contact center.
Jeomsami is an AI consultation service that goes beyond chat-based support to let users ask questions and hear answers by voice, operates 24 hours a day, and improves customer convenience.
The service features personalized consultations for Samjeomsam subscribers. It provides customer-tailored guidance on key tax information, such as eligibility for refunds, refund amounts and schedules, and questions related to dependents.
It also trained on more than 100,000 consultation records using a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approach to improve answer accuracy, and plans to expand consultation categories to 25 in line with the comprehensive income tax filing period in May.
Inquiries that cannot be resolved by AI consultation are connected to chat consultations with professional agents via Alimtalk to minimize service gaps.
Jeomsami, together with the AI Q&A service SamjeomsamQ, is responsible for expanding Samjeomsam's AI service lineup and is expected to contribute to improving the user experience going forward.
