ADT Caps, the physical security brand of SK shieldus, said on the 25th that it signed an official sponsorship agreement for the "2026 KBO League" with the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO).
The sponsorship was pursued to spotlight the role of defense in baseball games and to convey ADT Caps' values of safety and protection.
ADT Caps is a brand that provides security services such as AI closed-circuit television (CCTV), dispatch security, and access control, and it operates a nationwide dispatch infrastructure.
The two sides plan to produce and release "Caps Play" content featuring key defensive plays during games. They will also select monthly outstanding defensive players and present the annual "ADT Caps KBO Defense Award."
In addition, they plan to deliver the brand message through virtual ads in broadcasts and backstop ads at Jamsil Baseball Stadium.
Min Ki-sik, CEO of SK shieldus, said, "It is meaningful to share the value of 'protecting' through the KBO League," adding, "We will safeguard customers' safety with our security services."
