Samsung Electronics will showcase residential and commercial HVAC solutions at MCE 2026, Europe's largest heating, ventilation and air conditioning exhibition, held in Milan, Italy, on the 24th (local time).
MCE is Europe's largest HVAC exhibition held every two years. This year, about 1,900 corporations will participate. Samsung Electronics plans to hold this exhibition together with FläktGroup, which it acquired in November. It will set up a booth of about 500㎡ and introduce central HVAC solutions with FläktGroup. It will also present artificial intelligence (AI) WindFree air conditioners, high-efficiency residential heat pumps (EHS), and commercial HVAC solutions.
At this event, Samsung Electronics will exhibit five types of FläktGroup indoor units. Through this, it plans to showcase HVAC competitiveness that has expanded its business to central HVAC based on a building management system (BMS) platform.
The air handling unit (AHU, product name CAIRplus), a device that controls indoor air in central HVAC for large-scale buildings, is an HVAC solution that provides optimal temperature and humidity and air purification functions. The fan coil unit (FCU, product name Geko), a small heating and cooling unit, features a low-noise design.
FläktGroup's five indoor units connect with Samsung Electronics' outdoor units (DVM S2+), among others. Based on the BMS platform and Samsung Electronics' AI technology, they deliver energy savings.
Samsung Electronics also exhibited residential and commercial HVAC products at this event. At the entrance of the booth, it displayed the 2026 "AI WindFree Combo Pro wall-mounted" home air conditioner, which has been completely revamped in cooling performance and design. The product offers an "AI Motion Air" feature that allows users to select airflow specialized for lifestyle patterns and spatial environments.
There was also a space where visitors could directly experience the seven airflow modes of the "AI WindFree Combo Pro wall-mounted," including AI direct, AI indirect, and WindFree. The EHS lineup, which provides indoor heating and hot water, was also on display. The "EHS All-in-One," released this year, uses both water and air to provide heating and cooling functions as well as hot water.
In the commercial products zone, the "DVM" (Digital Variable Multi) lineup of system air conditioners for large commercial spaces was exhibited. DVM provides efficient heating and cooling by utilizing geothermal heat energy, water, and more.
