Angel Robotics, a wearable robot corporations, said on the 20th that it was named to the "2026 Asia-Pacific high-growth companies 500."
The British financial newspaper Financial Times (FT) and the market research firm Statista select and announce 500 corporations in the Asia-Pacific region that have grown rapidly. Now in its eighth year, this evaluation was based on revenue growth from 2021 to 2024.
Angel Robotics ranked No. 1 in mechanical and plant engineering. It placed 119th overall. Among domestic wearable robot corporations, it was the first to make the list. The company said, "Not only simple revenue growth but also the fact that we obtained medical device approvals in three Southeast Asian countries—Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia—achieving both actual market entry and expansion at the same time, was reflected in the results."
Angel Robotics sells the wearable robots "Angel Legs M20" and "Angel Suit H10." The two products have been supplied in a total of more than 165 units to more than 126 medical and related institutions in Korea and abroad.
Angel Legs M20 is a rehabilitation robot for patients with severe gait disabilities. It assists the hip and knee joints simultaneously and supports the recovery of walking function in patients with stroke, cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury. Angel Suit H10 is a lightweight gait-assist robot for returning to daily life. It is designed for use in a variety of rehabilitation settings, not only for patients with orthopedic and neurological disorders but also for those with sarcopenia and disuse syndrome.
Chief Executive Cho Nam-min of Angel Robotics said, "We are not simply a company that makes robots, but a physical AI technology corporations that understands and extends human movement, and based on validation in the medical field, we are building a global platform that can expand to industrial safety and defense."
