CJ OliveNetworks said on the 19th that it has begun open recruitment for entry-level employees for the first half of 2026.
This recruitment will be conducted across 12 fields, including artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation (DX) software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, security, data, infrastructure services, network services, user interface·user experience (UI·UX), business support, management support, and human resources, and applications can be submitted through the CJ Group recruitment website until Apr. 1.
DX engineers will be responsible for building systems and developing platforms for key business areas of CJ Group—food·food services, biotechnology, logistics·new distribution, and entertainment·media—as well as groupwide common services. ERP system engineers will build and operate corporations work systems based on SAP ERP and are expected to support the construction of the group's next-generation systems.
CJ OliveNetworks is strategically strengthening the AI field this year and expanding the scale of hiring in the area. AI engineers will develop AI technologies based on Deep Learning frameworks, including language AI, physical AI, and agent-based application services, to support AX across various industries.
In addition, the company will recruit for various roles in groupwide common institutional sector such as management support (finance·management), business support, and human resources.
The hiring process will proceed in the following order: document screening, AI competency test, job test and personality test, and first and second interviews. Candidates who pass the second interview will undergo an internship process of about three weeks, and final acceptance will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation of practical capabilities.
To help applicants understand the roles, CJ OliveNetworks will also hold two online recruiting sessions with recruiters and senior employees in the roles on Mar. 24 and 27.
