Lotte Innovate said on the 18th that 20 members of its management bought their own company shares totaling 550 million won.
A Lotte Innovate official said, "Management's purchase of their own company shares is more than a simple share-price boost; it is an expression of our resolve to practice responsible management," adding, "We will generate tangible results in businesses such as AI, data centers, and global operations to raise corporations' value and, through this, deliver real value for shareholders."
The company is accelerating efforts to upgrade its business structure in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), data centers, and global operations. In particular, it is focusing on expanding the physical AI business based on the AI platform "iMember," pushing "AX Lab 3.0," a next-generation, future-oriented convenience store using technologies such as humanoids, and strengthening capabilities in the data center DBO (design, build, operate) business in partnership with Ace Cooling and IGIS Asset Management and CAMSQUARE.
It is also expanding its foothold in the global IT solutions market, using its U.S. subsidiary "EVSIS America" and its Vietnamese and Indonesian units as hubs.
