Remember&Company, which operates the business card and network management service "Remember," said on the 18th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with iM Bank for securing core financial talent and innovating the hiring system.
The collaboration is the first comprehensive, industrywide integrated hiring case in finance, with Remember building iM Bank's talent acquisition engine and handling the entire hiring process. To secure iM Bank's core talent, Remember will run a "scout" system that directly sources and approaches suitable candidates, rather than relying on traditional posting-based hiring that "waits for applicants." The company said the goal is to quickly secure top talent that can deliver tangible results by responding swiftly to the rapidly changing financial market.
It will also support advanced hiring solutions, including in-depth analysis of finance-specific capabilities based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology to search for optimal candidates, support from professional interviewers, and thorough reference checks.
Jeon Yeong-il, Deputy Minister of Remember's Human Capital Business Division, said, "As the hiring paradigm shifts to an 'era of talent sourcing,' hiring competitiveness has become the capability to discover suitable top talent, and this collaboration with iM Bank will be a good precedent for hiring in finance."
