Workday, an enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) platform company, said on the 17th it appointed Heo Jeong-yeol as head of Korea operations.
New Workday Korea head Heo Jeong-yeol will lead Workday's business in Korea. Heo, the new country head, has built more than 25 years of experience at global technology corporations including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, and Salesforce, Inc. Workday said he "has proven leadership and execution capabilities that have led corporations to sustained performance and growth in complex business environments."
Heo, the new country head, said, "Korea is a nation of 'builders' who create new things and drive innovation," adding, "Through Workday's open and intelligent platform, we will help Korean corporations achieve higher productivity and innovation." He said he plans to work closely with major corporations in Korea to integrate Workday's AI-based solutions across core operations, providing stable support for corporations' digital and AI transformations.
