ITCEN ENTEC said on the 12th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with WiseWires for advancing IT service quality and business cooperation.
The agreement was pursued to enhance system stability and quality competitiveness in the domestic and overseas IT services market by combining ITCEN ENTEC's IT service capabilities with WiseWires' software testing technology.
ITCEN ENTEC is an IT service corporations that has supported customers' digital transformation (DX) based on more than 40 years of accumulated industry expertise. Recently, it has been promoting business innovation (AX) by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technology into the digital environment, including cloud and Blockchain, and is expanding its business into various industries such as public, finance, and enterprise.
WiseWires is a software testing specialist corporations with more than 400 test engineers. It provides comprehensive testing services across various industries such as finance, public, and e-commerce, and supports testing services for corporations expanding overseas through bases in six countries, including Japan, the United States, and Vietnam.
The two companies plan to promote cooperation in AX and DX through this agreement. Specifically, they plan to cooperate on ▲ improving system quality in large IT projects such as public and finance ▲ jointly responding to public and private procurement projects at home and abroad ▲ and technology exchanges for the development of the IT services industry.
The plan is to strengthen IT service quality competitiveness by combining ITCEN ENTEC's system design, build, and operation capabilities with WiseWires' software verification technology.
