Pearl Abyss said on the 11th that it released performance details by PC and console platform through the official Crimson Desert website.
According to the released information, the minimum PC specs are an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X or Intel i5-8500 central processing unit (CPU) and an AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card.
The recommended specs are an AMD Ryzen 5 5600 or Intel i5-11600K CPU and an AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 graphics card. With the recommended specs and the "medium" preset, it supports FHD at 60 frames and native 4K at 30 frames.
The top-tier specs pair an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X or Intel i5-13600K CPU with an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 5070 Ti graphics card, supporting native 4K at 60 frames on the "ultra" preset. A total of six graphics presets are offered, including "cinematic."
On consoles, three modes are supported: performance, balanced, and quality. On PlayStation 5, the balanced and quality modes provide 40 frames and 30 frames, respectively, at 4K upscaled resolution. On PlayStation 5 Pro, enhanced PSSR (PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution 2.0) is applied to improve detail.
It also supports graphics settings on various platforms, including Xbox Series X|S and Apple Mac.
Crimson Desert is a single-player action-adventure game in development with the proprietary BlackSpace Engine. It is scheduled for a worldwide release on PC and consoles on Mar. 20.
