Chinese robot vacuum corporations Roborock logged about 28 billion won in sales just 10 days after launching its 2026 flagship new product in Korea.
Roborock said on Jan. 9 that domestic sales of the "S10 MaxV Ultra" totaled about 28 billion won just 10 days after its launch. That is about 30% higher than the initial sales of the previous model released last year (S9 MaxV Ultra). Roborock said, "The brand trust and innovative technology we have built in the Korean robot vacuum market translated into actual purchases," adding, "We believe strong response came from offering a total of five years of free quality service by adding three years to the basic two-year free after-sales service during the launch promotion period for customers who purchased the product."
The S10 MaxV Ultra has stronger suction than the previous model. It delivers up to 36,000 Pa (pascal) of suction power. It also features the VibraRise 5.0 expandable sonic mopping system that vibrates 4,000 times per minute. This enables mopping with a corner vibration area about 27% wider than the previous model and pressure strengthened by 1.75 times. Among double thresholds, it can climb a threshold of about 8.8 cm. It can enter and clean spaces as low as 7.95 cm in height.
Roborock will run an additional "launch encore promotion" from Jan. 9 to Jan. 15. A Roborock official said, "We will continue to lead the premium robot vacuum market based on unrivaled performance and reliable service."
