LG Innotek said on Mar. 6 that it held the "2026 co-prosperity win-win day" at LG Science Park in Gangseo District, Seoul, and strengthened fair-trade and co-prosperity cooperation with its partners.

LG Innotek signed the "2026 fair trade and co-prosperity agreement" with about 100 partner companies and decided to promote partner support programs across various areas, including finance, ESG, and education.

First, to reduce partners' funding burdens, it will create and operate a co-prosperity fund totaling 143 billion won.

This fund provides financing to partners at interest rates lower than commercial banks. So far, 120 partners have used it, with cumulative support reaching 262 billion won.

It also operates a support program for building smart factories to improve partners' productivity. The program covers up to 60% of factory automation setup expense, and 37 partners have received benefits to date.

LG Innotek is also continuing to run a consulting program to strengthen partners' ESG capabilities. Since 2022, about 100 partners have received support, and this year it plans to offer a program to bolster response capabilities to the European Union (EU) Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). To enhance partners' competitiveness, it also plans to newly introduce training courses to strengthen response capabilities to artificial intelligence (AI).

Moon Hyuk-soo of LG Innotek said, "Based on active win-win cooperation with our partners, we will go beyond being a parts company and be reborn as a 'solution corporations' that provides optimal solutions."
