Crimson Desert made the list in the "most anticipated game chosen by 17173 users" and the "global anticipated title selected by 17173 editors" institutional sectors.
In the most anticipated game institutional sector chosen by users, Crimson Desert and Grand Theft Auto VI were the only overseas games selected, while the remaining picks were Chinese titles. The "global anticipated title selected by 17173 editors" institutional sector included global anticipated releases such as Grand Theft Auto VI, Marathon, and Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis.
Crimson Desert took part in BilibiliWorld and ChinaJoy last year, expanding touchpoints with local users. During the events, queues formed at the Crimson Desert booth.
Crimson Desert is set for a global launch on Mar. 20, Korea time, on PC and console platforms. Preorders are underway on the official website, and it will be released on PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X|S, Steam, Apple Mac, and Epic Games Store.
