Samsung Electronics said it will release the 2026 "Bespoke AI AirDresser" clothing care appliance on the 3rd.
According to Samsung Electronics on the 2nd, the new model adds a powerful wrinkle-removal feature. The "wrinkle-focused care" function neatly presses clothes with wind that is twice as strong as before and high-temperature steam just by hanging garments in the unit, and it also deodorizes odors absorbed into fabrics.
It also offers "Dual AirWash," which shakes off dust and contaminants from inside and outside garments with powerful air, and "Dual Jet Steam," which simultaneously sterilizes, deodorizes and removes wrinkles with high-temperature steam.
It removes 99.99% of seasonal viruses and bacteria, as well as dust mites. It also manages pollen and harmful substances. The company said it deodorizes 99% of various odors that linger on clothes after going out, such as food smells after meals, sweat smells, and cigarette smells after smoking.
The new model also improves convenience with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) features. The upgraded "AI custom drying" course precisely measures humidity during drying via a humidity sensor and automatically sets the optimal drying time. Its feature is that shirts, blouses and other delicate fabrics that require careful care can be custom-dried without worry of damage.
By setting "AI energy saving mode" through SmartThings and selecting the "AI custom drying" course, energy use can be reduced by up to 15%. In addition, the "AI custom recommendation" function suggests courses based on the user's usage patterns and the weather and season, making it easy to use the optimal course.
The new model features a seamless, one-piece door design without partitioning. It is designed with a 595mm depth similar to a wardrobe, and because it manages garments with wind in a low-vibration, low-noise way, it helps realize a built-in wardrobe interior. A 2.8-inch LCD display is mounted on the front of the door.
It also improves the "air hanger" for hanging clothes into a slimmer form, and applies sturdy interior shelves and brighter interior lighting.
It will be released as a large-capacity model that can handle up to nine items at once, with a factory price ranging from 2.049 million won to 2.499 million won depending on specifications. Colors are released in four options: ▲ Crystal Mirror ▲ Soapstone Charcoal ▲ Soapstone Platinum ▲ Clean White.
Samsung Electronics will also release the 2026 Bespoke AI washer and dryer on the 3rd. The new lineup consists of three products: "Bespoke AI Washer," "Bespoke AI Dryer," and "Bespoke AI One Body," which combines a top dryer with a bottom washer.
