Raonsecure said on the 26th it will launch an open recruitment drive for AI and security talent to lead the era of Agentic AI.
Raonsecure will recruit entry-level and experienced hires online through Mar. 15. The company said strong interest is expected again this year after last year's open recruitment posted a 125-to-1 competition rate.
The company recently expanded and reorganized its AI research lab into the AI business division and is shifting to AI-centric management, including signaling the launch within the year of a security automation platform based on Agentic AI. It also plans to strengthen competitiveness in the digital trust infrastructure market by simultaneously developing AAM (Agentic AI Management) technology to manage the identity and privileges of Agentic AI.
It provides core technology for building national digital identity infrastructure based on Blockchain, such as mobile resident registration cards, and is also expanding its business into advanced security fields including post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and deepfake detection. The multi-factor authentication (MFA)-based AI platform "OnePass" received FIDO certification from the global biometric authentication consortium FIDO Alliance.
Recruitment areas include: ▲ AI security model research and development ▲ development of AI-based security solutions by platform ▲ white-hat hackers ▲ information security consultants ▲ security consulting sales. The company plans to secure talent across diverse fields such as Agentic AI security, generative AI security, post-quantum cryptography, and cloud-based Zero Trust Security.
Raonsecure operates a variety of benefits programs, including flexible commuting, Family Day, an annual 1.2 million won welfare card stipend, health checkup support, and training programs. It has been recognized as a leading work-life balance company, a family-friendly certified company, and a youth-friendly strong small enterprise.
Lee Soon-hyung, CEO of Raonsecure, said, "In an era when AI is reshaping industries across the board, securing key talent to build digital trust infrastructure is crucial," and noted, "We will continue to invest in recruiting top talent and enhancing benefits to strengthen leadership in the AI security market."
