NC on the 26th released key results for the PC game "Lineage Classic."
Since opening on Feb. 7, Lineage Classic has surpassed 320,000 peak concurrent users. Cumulative revenue has exceeded 40 billion won, and it is recording average daily revenue of more than 2.1 billion won.
Its PC café share also climbed to the top ranks. As of Feb. 25, it posted a 9.63% share, ranking second among PC games serviced in Korea. It is No. 1 in the MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) genre.
It is also drawing strong interest on video platforms. The cumulative view count of Lineage Classic–related videos on YouTube has surpassed 147 million. Even without separate BJ promotion marketing, it continues to gain popularity on streaming platforms.
Lineage Classic is a PC game that recreates the early-2000s version of "Lineage," which NC has serviced since 1998.
