Artificial intelligence (AI) audio startup ElevenLabs said on the 24th that it will conduct a proof of concept (PoC) by partnering with intellectual property (IP) licensing specialist startup WiTS to train AI on the voice of voice actor Bae Han-seong and then use it.
For this PoC, WiTS will design the licensing and utilization model for the voice IP of voice actor Bae Han-seong, and ElevenLabs will apply its high-quality AI Text-to-Speech (TTS) training technology. Through this PoC, WiTS plans to verify lawful licensing of celebrity voices and the potential for AI-based voice generation and use, and to confirm the potential to expand into various fields such as advertising, content, education, and voice services.
Founded in 2022, ElevenLabs is a corporations that possesses technology to render voices in multiple languages using AI-based Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology. It holds technologies such as TTS (Text-to-Speech), voice cloning, AI dubbing, and sound effects, which convert written text into a human voice in real time.
