LG CNS signed reseller partner and enterprise AI service implementation partner agreements with OpenAI and is moving to fully target the domestic AX (AI transformation) market for corporations. As a result, LG CNS will support domestic corporate customers through the entire process of introducing, using, and operating ChatGPT Enterprise.
ChatGPT Enterprise's strength is that it provides a secure environment designed to prevent internal corporate information from being leaked externally or used for model training. It also excels at linking with in-house systems and data and at handling large volumes of documents, which is seen as lowering the switching burden for employees who have experience with the personal version of ChatGPT.
According to OpenAI's enterprise AI status report, ChatGPT Enterprise conversation volume increased about eightfold from a year earlier, and token usage related to reasoning rose about 320-fold. It is interpreted to mean that AI use in corporate settings is expanding beyond simple automation to high-difficulty tasks.
LG CNS plans to establish a dedicated OpenAI Launch Center and provide full-stack services covering consulting, technical support, and implementation, centered on AI engineers, architects, and consultants. It will also support on-the-job adoption and organizational scaling with practical workshops at each introduction stage. Going forward, it will expand to developing customer-specific AI agents using the OpenAI API to strengthen AX outcomes by industry, including finance, manufacturing, public sector, and defense.
