Neptune said on the 10th that it supplied the real-time chat solution "KLAT" to Kiwoom Securities' mobile trading system (MTS) "Hero S#."
Hero S# is a platform with the largest number of users among domestic securities MTS apps and recorded the most users among the top 10 securities firm MTS apps last year. With the introduction of this solution, Kiwoom Securities built a chat environment that enables real-time communication among investors by stock.
As a result, Hero S# users can handle stock trading and check information, as well as exchange opinions and hold discussions by stock, all on a single screen without using a separate external application. It effectively pulled investor communication needs that arise during the transaction process inside the platform.
KLAT is an enterprise chat solution that touts large-volume traffic processing as its strength. It is designed to minimize latency even when concurrent connections surge, and is regarded as suitable for securities services where stability and reliability are critical.
Kang Yul-bin, CEO of Neptune, said, "This supply case shows that KLAT's technology and stability have been recognized in the chat API market, where it competes with major overseas players," adding, "We will expand its application across various industries, including finance, commerce, and content."
