Big data analytics artificial intelligence (AI) corporations S2W said on the 9th that it appointed Paik Jooseok, former head of Jobis&Villains Corp., as the new chief operating officer (COO) and vice president.
The new COO Paik previously served as chief executive officer (CEO) of Jobis&Villains Corp., the operator of the tax platform "Samjeomsam," overseeing overall management including business strategy, organizational efficiency, and external cooperation. Aiming to become a "global big data analytics AI corporations," Paik will lead S2W's domestic and overseas business roadmap planning and execution, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic investments, and investor relations (IR). The plan is to focus on increasing profitability and shareholder value.
Paik said, "This year, the year after our listing, is the 'golden time' to significantly expand market share and strengthen our presence on the global stage based on the technological foundation and external credibility we have built," adding, "We will pursue a balanced approach to both external growth and internal strength to lay the groundwork for sustainable growth."
