CJ Olive Networks said on the 30th that it won the contract for Hansung Enterprise's "next-generation ERP (enterprise resource planning) system development project."
CJ Olive Networks will apply ERP implementation know-how tailored to the food and retail industry to this project. In particular, it plans to support connecting the entire value chain of Hansung Enterprise with data to secure real-time management visibility and maximize operational efficiency.
The goal is to strengthen the convenience of personnel administration by using standardized data and to increase work efficiency by standardizing the purchasing process. Advancing a sophisticated profit-and-loss analysis system by product and customer is also cited as one of the key initiatives. It will also establish field-centered process management and a sales and operations planning (S&OP) system.
It will systemize tasks that had previously been handled manually to create an integrated management environment that enables real-time inventory and profit-and-loss monitoring. On the infrastructure side, it plans to secure system flexibility, security, and operational efficiency at the same time by designing an architecture based on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud.
Jang U-jeong, who oversees food and bio at CJ Olive Networks, said, "We will become a successful partner supporting the successful digital transformation (DX) of Hansung Enterprise based on our extensive business experience in the food sector and proven IT capabilities."
