Although LG CNS logged record earnings last year, employee bonuses were lower than the year before.
According to the industry on the 30th, LG CNS set performance-based bonuses paid in January this year for 2025 results at 188% of monthly base pay. That is lower than 220% the previous year and 240% in 2023.
LG CNS posted record results last year on the back of growth in its artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud businesses, logging 6.1295 trillion won in revenue and 555.8 billion won in operating profit. Revenue and operating profit rose 2.5% and 8.4%, respectively, from a year earlier, and the operating margin also climbed to 9.1%.
However, bonuses have been on a decline since 2024, falling from 240% of base pay to 188% in two years.
Regarding the reduced bonuses, LG CNS said it "considered the company's achievement of goals and various factors for sustainable growth comprehensively."
