Samsung says Q4 DRAM prices jump 40% as NAND climbs over 20%

Samsung Electronics said at a conference call for its fourth-quarter 2025 earnings on the 29th that "while responding to demand for high bandwidth memory (HBM) and expanding sales centered on servers, the average selling price (ASP) of DRAM in the fourth quarter last year recorded an increase of around 40% from the previous quarter. NAND rose by the mid-20% range from the previous quarter in the fourth quarter through server-centered product sales operations."
