Samsung SDS held the Enterprise AI Connect 2026 seminar at Magellan Hall on the Jamsil Campus in Seoul on the 28th, presenting adoption strategies for tailored artificial intelligence (AI) for corporations and directions for global technology cooperation.
The event was organized to share AI transformation strategies and real-world operational cases in corporate environments after Samsung SDS became the first domestic corporations to sign a reseller partnership agreement with OpenAI. About 500 people, including decision-makers and practitioners in IT, security, and AI, attended.
At the seminar, Samsung SDS presented an AI full-stack strategy that combines industry-specific project execution experience with global AI technologies. It comprehensively supports the entire process of AI adoption by corporations, from AI consulting to platform and infrastructure, data and security, model utilization, operation, and scaling. The company said this will enable corporations to move beyond simple adoption to pursue continuous expansion and advancement.
In a keynote, Lee Ho-jun, head of the Cloud Services Division at Samsung SDS, introduced a full-stack strategy spanning AI consulting, technology implementation, and operations, emphasizing a framework for safely using global AI technologies within corporate security governance systems. He also described flexible AI adoption approaches tailored to each corporation's policies and environment.
Han Ji-eun, strategy account director at OpenAI Korea, introduced global use cases and business innovation effects of ChatGPT Enterprise and noted that Samsung SDS's reseller partner activities could accelerate the AI transformation of domestic corporations.
In a panel discussion, Secta9ine and Hanatour, which adopted ChatGPT Enterprise through Samsung SDS, shared the background of adoption and their real-world experiences. Secta9ine is applying Generative AI to companywide tasks such as development, data analysis, and marketing in a security-assured environment, while Hanatour is using AI for customer consultations and personalized recommendations through services based on multi-AI agents.
Alongside customer cases, Samsung SDS also disclosed real usage scenarios by its own employees. It conducted a live demo of standard processes for safely operating Generative AI in corporate environments and internal business application cases.
Since signing the OpenAI reseller partner agreement, Samsung SDS has signed ChatGPT Enterprise adoption contracts with multiple corporations, including Secta9ine and Hanatour, and said inquiries are increasing across various industries such as manufacturing, distribution, finance, and the public sector.
