HANMI Semiconductor said on the 26th that it signed an agreement with Gachon University Gil Medical Center to provide all employees with a free comprehensive medical checkup worth 1 million won per person for their health.
Under the agreement, immediate family members of employees can also receive a comprehensive health checkup worth 1 million won at a 50% discount.
Beyond this free comprehensive health checkup, HANMI Semiconductor is working to make itself a "company people want to work for" by introducing various benefits for employees.
First, HANMI Semiconductor signed a premium membership deal worth 20 billion won with the luxury hotel & resort Ananti. Through this partnership, all employees of HANMI Semiconductor can use Ananti resorts for free according to internal rules. They can also enjoy special benefits at Ananti resort facilities such as spas, golf, swimming, tennis, and restaurants.
In addition, HANMI Semiconductor plans to grant treasury shares worth 89 billion won to employees in December this year. This follows the decision at the end of 2023 to grant treasury shares after three years of service, and is both a reward for employees who contributed to the company's growth and a measure to boost loyalty.
