Wello said on the 26th that it delivered donations raised through "Wello Local Festa 2025" to the Beautiful Store Foundation.
The donation was prepared through the experiential giving program "Motivation Vending Machine," operated on-site at "Wello Local Festa 2025" held in Nov. last year. The program was designed to make it easier to experience the Hometown Love Donation Program, and it operated so that when a participant took part in palm recognition, Wello donated 1,000 won on their behalf. Through this, donations of about 2 million won were raised on-site.
The donations were delivered to the Beautiful Store's community sharing program "Sharing Beautiful Hope" under the name "All participants of Wello Local Festa 2025." Sharing Beautiful Hope is a representative community support program that the Beautiful Store has operated since 2002, supporting organizations and institutions active in the social and environmental sectors through open calls and aiming to build a sustainable community.
Wello decided on the donation recipient by noting that the purpose of the Hometown Love Donation Program, implemented to promote balanced regional development, aligns with the direction of the Sharing Beautiful Hope program. It said this is meaningful in that it consolidated a structure in which individuals' policy participation experiences are returned to the community into the execution by private corporations.
Wello CEO Kim Yurianna said, "Policy participation is completed when interest and experience are returned to society," and added, "Wello will fulfill its role as a govtech corporations designing a structure that not only enhances policy accessibility through technology but also extends to execution after participation."
Meanwhile, Wello provides a personalized policy recommendation service based on policy information from more than 2,700 sources, including 55 administrative agencies and 243 local governments nationwide, as well as public-interest foundations and private social contribution organizations, and collects and analyzes more than 10,000 policy data points every day.
