Bespin Global said on the 21st that it carried out a sweeping, AI-centered reorganization starting in 2026. The strategy is to shift into a specialized partner that embeds AI across corporations' businesses, from AI consulting to implementation, management, and operations.
The core of the overhaul is "alignment of industry and technology." The company reorganized into a four-business-center (BC) structure that integrates business development (BD) and technical capabilities, simultaneously strengthening industry-specific expertise and technological competitiveness.

Vice President Han Dae-young will oversee the AI value chain BC and enterprise and emerging businesses, focusing on improving profitability through customized solutions for customers. Vice President Kang Jong-ho will be in charge of the institutional sector and the "AI Platform BC," and Executive Director Park Jun-yong will continue to lead the "Google BC."
