SK Square said on the 20th that it received the top "Leadership A" grade in the 2025 climate change response assessment by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), a global sustainable management evaluator.
CDP evaluates the climate change response strategies and greenhouse gas reduction efforts of listed corporations worldwide, and grades are divided into Leadership (A/A-), Management (B/B-), Awareness (C/C-), and Disclosure (D/D-). SK Square ranked within the top 4% among about 22,000 participating corporations and earned a Leadership A grade, up two levels from B.
The result reflects positive evaluations for strengthening environmental management capabilities centered on the ESG Committee, systematic calculation and external verification of Scope 3 emissions, and the introduction of an internal carbon pricing system. In addition, refining the medium- and long-term net-zero roadmap and execution by reflecting carbon emission expense in management decision-making were also effective.
SK Square had already been recognized for its ESG management performance last year by receiving an "AA" grade in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) ESG assessment.
