Kakao Entertainment said on the 19th that it will produce its flagship Million Page IP "Tomb Raider King" as an animation and unveil it in July.
The animation based on Kakao Page's Million Page title "Tomb Raider King" will air in July on major broadcasters including Fuji TV and Kansai TV in Japan, and will be released simultaneously on ANIPLUS in Korea and on global streaming platforms. On the 16th, it opened the official Japanese website and unveiled the first PV (Promotional Video).
Tomb Raider King is a flagship hit on Kakao Page that reached Million Page in both web novel and webtoon formats, gaining popularity for its fresh concept, solid episodes, and outstanding action scenes. The webtoon has recorded more than 500 million cumulative views at home and abroad.
Animation production is handled by Korean studio STUDIO EEK, known for "Leafie, A Hen into the Wild" and the "Shinbi Apartment" series, and anticipation is building with a Japanese voice cast that has worked on titles including "Attack on Titan," "Demon Slayer," "Jujutsu Kaisen," and "Spy x Family."
Singer QWER performs the official opening theme song "SHOW DOWN" for the animation "Tomb Raider King."
