Consumer Reports, a U.S. consumer media outlet, selected Samsung Electronics' Bespoke Steam robot vacuum as the "best wet-dry robot vacuum," according to reports on the 18th.
Samsung Bespoke Steam was chosen as the top product in Consumer Reports' recently released evaluation of wet-dry robot vacuums. Consumer Reports said the all-in-one product Bespoke Steam, which performs suction and mopping simultaneously, received strong marks overall for cleaning performance and ease of maintenance. It gave the highest score among the products tested for mopping performance, noting that it "cleanly removes even dried-on stains."
Bespoke Steam includes a cleaning station with automatic dust emptying, automatic water tank refilling, and mop pad washing and drying. The product also ranked No. 1 with an overall score of 72 in Consumer Reports' evaluation of wet-dry robot vacuums released last year.
Tom's Guide, a consumer IT media outlet, also selected Samsung Electronics' 2026 "Bespoke AI Steam" as one of the most innovative robot vacuums at CES 2026, the largest home appliance and IT show held early this year. The product is expected to launch in the first half.
