CJ OliveNetworks said on the 15th that it will provide the customer behavior data analysis solution Amplitude to Kiwoom Securities' mobile trading system (MTS) "HeroS#."
CJ OliveNetworks said Kiwoom Securities, through this, has been able to grasp customers' service usage flows more precisely. Kiwoom Securities can now comprehensively analyze data such as which functions customers focus on in the app, what journey their service use follows, and how specific services affect revisits and dwell time.
CJ OliveNetworks used Amplitude to analyze usage data for the HeroS# app and built an environment to improve ease of use and enhance the user experience.
