LG CNS will work with OpenAI to support the rollout of ChatGPT tailored for corporate environments. After Samsung SDS, it has become the second among domestic corporations to be selected as an official partner of OpenAI, a move expected to speed the spread of enterprise Generative AI with enhanced security and work efficiency.
According to the industry on the 15th, LG CNS was recently selected as an official partner for OpenAI's "ChatGPT Enterprise." It is the second time OpenAI has signed an enterprise contract with a domestic corporation, following Samsung SDS at the end of last year.
Through this partnership, LG CNS will support the introduction of enterprise ChatGPT, which differs from personal accounts by boosting security and optimizing it for real corporate work. Corporate customers will be able to build an AI utilization environment premised on protecting internal data.
After a consultation request, LG CNS will verify the introduction effect within two to three weeks and provide an internalization program for employee training and high-efficiency use. It plans to support the entire pre-introduction process in three stages, including the step of linking a corporation's internal systems with ChatGPT.
In customer guidance, LG CNS emphasized that enterprise ChatGPT is different from the personal version from the design stage and can provide strong security, processing speed, and integrated management functions.
Meanwhile, OpenAI signed the first domestic ChatGPT Enterprise contract with Samsung SDS at the end of last year and, with the collaboration with LG CNS, is ramping up its push into Korea's enterprise Generative AI market.
