Korea Lenovo said on the 12th that as part of its community sharing campaign now in its eighth year, it delivered gifts to children in child care facilities in partnership with the international development cooperation nongovernmental organization (NGO) G Foundation.
This sharing effort was carried out for Dongducheon Children's Center in Dongducheon, Gyeonggi; Hyangnimwon in Geumsan, South Chungcheong; and Seongmin Child Care Center in Hamyang, South Gyeongsang. Each facility provides daily care, education, emotional support, and independence programs to support children's stable growth. Marking the year-end and New Year, Korea Lenovo delivered prepared gifts to each facility with the hope that the children will grow up bright and healthy.
Korea Lenovo is conducting annual sharing activities with the local community as part of the global social contribution initiative "Love on Giving." It has collaborated with a variety of organizations, including Sangnok Child Care Center, Sinmangwon, Holt Children's Services, and Make-A-Wish. In the second half of last year, it also carried out employee volunteer work leveraging the capabilities of information technology (IT) corporations, such as providing digital education volunteer services at an elementary school in Asan, South Chungcheong.
Shin Gyu-sik, head of Korea Lenovo, said, "It was meaningful to share warm hearts with the children as we continued our community sharing activities for the eighth year," and added, "In 2026, Korea Lenovo will continue to grow with the community through the Love on Giving program and pursue meaningful social contribution activities."
