Dyson said on the 12th it will launch three new home appliances in Korea, including a robot vacuum, a wet cleaner, and an air purifier.
The newly released artificial intelligence (AI) robot vacuum "Dyson Spot and Scrub" uses an HD camera and AI to identify stains such as wet liquids and dry debris and repeats the cleaning process up to 15 times. It can also recognize various household obstacles, including cables and pet excrement. In addition, a 12-point water supply system automatically washes the roller with 60°C heated water every time the roller rotates.
The Cyclone docking station automates everything from emptying dust to washing, refilling water, and recharging. The large-capacity dust bin can store dust for up to 100 days, and the device can run for up to 200 minutes on a single charge.
The "Dyson Clean and Wash Hygienic" wet cleaner is Dyson's lightest wet cleaner and performs vacuuming and wet cleaning at the same time. It is designed to send wastewater and foreign matter to the lower part of the product, and dust and contaminants are automatically separated.
A microfiber roller made of about 84,000 high-density filaments delivers strong absorption to finish cleaning without water streaks.
Dyson's first compact-size air purifier, "Dyson Hushjet Compact," features a 360-degree electrostatic dust collection and formaldehyde filter to remove up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. It also significantly reduces noise during air discharge for quieter use.
The three new products will be available for hands-on experience for 11 days starting on the 22nd at Epic Seoul on the 5th floor of The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido. Visitors can pre-register for the pop-up experience through Naver Reservations.
