On the 6th, Chief Executive Ryu Seok-mun of Hyundai AutoEver said, "We will promptly introduce a data-based real-time decision-making system."
In a New Year's address that day, Ryu emphasized two goals, "transparency of information" and "focus on core tasks," and said as much. Based on that, Ryu declared the company will promptly introduce a data-based real-time decision-making system that supports swift decisions and leap forward as an organization focused on creating customer value.
Ryu also stressed a horizontal organizational environment. Ryu said, "Please call me 'MR' instead of 'chief executive officer' or 'executive vice president,'" and added, "For accountable decision-making and delegated authority, please see me as a neutral tool."
