LG HelloVision will reexamine product and service competitiveness from the customer's perspective and, through management efficiency, move to establish a foundation for sustainable growth in 2026.
Song Gu-yeong, CEO of LG HelloVision, on the 2nd expressed determination to lay the groundwork for sustainable growth by strengthening business competitiveness and fundamentals in a 2026 New Year video message, pledging a vigorous start to the year of the byeongo. The New Year video was shared online with all employees that morning, followed by New Year greetings from Song and key executives.
Song said, "Last year saw many changes amid several challenging conditions," adding, "This year must be a year to reroute the company's direction and prepare for both recovery and growth." He continued, "The New Year must be a year to turn around the company's revenue," presenting as key management directions the strengthening of business competitiveness, building a foundation for growth through management efficiency, and reinforcing fundamentals.
He said, "It is important to reexamine competitiveness from the customer's perspective and to protect the essential value of the business," adding, "Through management efficiency, we must reorganize the business overall and shift to a structure that can continuously generate revenue."
He also emphasized structural improvement through selection and concentration, adding that the company will solidify its growth base through management efficiency. Song said, "Personal information protection and service quality are the starting points for all businesses and standards that cannot be compromised under any circumstances," adding that the company will apply stricter standards and principles across the business.
Song said, "We aim to steadily build a structure for sustainable growth together," adding, "Let us make 2026 a year to stack new growth opportunities one by one and make the company more resilient."
