Krafton creative studio 5minlab said on Dec. 31 that it will hold a collaboration event in the real-time PVP action game Smash Legends with Naver Webtoon's hit series Double Click from Dec. 30 to Feb. 24, 2026.
Through this collaboration, Spiro, the main character of the webtoon Double Click, appears as a new strategist legend. The new legend Spiro has a special gimmick that switches to Double Click mode when using skills. While the mode is active, movement speed increases, and different attacks trigger depending on the timing of basic attack inputs.
Spiro can be obtained immediately by purchasing the dedicated debut pass. After purchasing the debut pass and checking in for up to 11 days, various rewards such as Spiro emojis, icons, and frames are provided, and upon completing 11 days of check-ins, the Spiro skin "Commanding berserker"* can be obtained. In addition, a play quest commemorating Spiro's release has been added, offering extra rewards when selecting Spiro to play or winning with a team that includes Spiro. A Smash Toon featuring a special episode of Spiro, who has joined the Smash Legends universe, will also be released.
To mark the collaboration, a new mode, "Domination: blitz," is being added to the arena for the first time. Based on the existing Domination mode, this mode shortens cooldowns for character skills and gear and reduces the durations of status effects, allowing for faster, more exhilarating battles. Related play quests will run during the event period, and logging in for 5 days or more grants the Spiro skin "Counterattacking flash," while achieving 50 or more wins in the mode grants the "Retaliating flash" skin.
A welcome attendance board for new and returning users will also be available. The attendance board runs for up to 7 days, and on day one, a trial ticket to play the new legend Spiro for 72 hours is granted. Completing 7 days of attendance grants one hero-grade legend selection ticket.
During the event, the game lobby will switch to a collaboration-only theme, and during Domination mode, the domination zones will feature the Double Click logo. Also, starting Jan. 17, three new mythic skins will be added that transform the popular legend Narsha into the appearance of Double Click's popular character Clayton. The Narsha skin "Defending hero" can be obtained by purchasing the dedicated debut pass, while the "Leaping hero" and "Racing hero" skins are provided through the debut pass special fashion summon. A special Smash Toon celebrating the release of the Clayton skins will be unveiled as well.
