NHN Cloud said on the 24th that it has completely revamped its official website, focusing on making it easier for customers to understand intuitively.
The website overhaul focused on three directions: enhancing content based on real business experience; structuring information to improve cloud literacy by industry; and improving customer-centric UI/UX.
In particular, it strengthened content on industry-specific solutions and reference architectures. On July 7, it was selected as the largest GPU deployment operator in the national graphics processing unit (GPU) build-and-operate project, proving its expertise in designing, building, and operating large-scale AI infrastructure, and it reflected across the content its experience introducing and migrating cloud systems in various industries, including public sector, finance, education, and gaming.
In the public and financial sectors, it focused on service environments that require large-scale traffic handling and high security and stability, while in education and gaming, it highlighted platform builds where scalability and operational stability are key. This allows customers to refer to cases similar to their industry and more easily understand cloud configuration methods and usage architectures.
The website structure and usability were also improved. It simplified the overall menu to enhance access to key information, and it advanced search filters by service type, industry, and use case so users can efficiently find the content they want. It newly configured pages that recommend information based on visit purpose and strengthened the readability of industry-specific solution pages and detailed service pages.
It also reinforced onboarding content for customers new to the cloud. It added a "getting started guide" and a "glossary" to help users understand step by step from the basic concepts of cloud and AI infrastructure to the flow of service use.
NHN Cloud said it plans to continue advancing the website as a platform for easily exploring cloud and AI infrastructure information, while steadily improving content and usability.
