SOOP said on the 23rd that it will co-produce and operate T1's 2026 season kickoff ceremony at 7 p.m. on the 26th at the DN Colosseum in Jamsil, Seoul.
The event will be held by combining SOOP's production and operations capabilities with the offline kickoff ceremony to expand fan touchpoints. While maintaining an on-site, ceremony-centered format, it was structured so more fans can join the start of the season through a global live broadcast.
Two hundred fans selected through advance applications on SOOP T1's official channel will attend the kickoff ceremony on site, and the entire event will be broadcast live globally through SOOP. Fans who cannot attend in person can still join the key programs of the season kickoff ceremony in real time via live streaming.
Head coach Kim Jeong-gyun, "kkOma," coach Lim Jae-hyeon, "Tom," coach Cho Se-hyeong, "Mata," and the 2026 T1 roster including Choi Hyeon-jun, "Doran," Moon Hyeon-jun, "Oner," Lee Sang-hyeok, "Faker," Kim Su-hwan, "Peyz," and Ryu Min-seok, "Keria," will take part in the kickoff ceremony. The players will share their resolve for the new season through a season vision presentation and a Q&A with fans. The event will be hosted by LCK commentator Ko Su-jin and announcer Bae Hye-ji.
