KT said on the 22nd that, for Christmas and year-end, it has prepared season special content and a prize event on Genie TV.
KT will run "every day is like a movie, Christmas – 2025 Christmas special" for six days from Dec. 23 to 28, showcasing a 30-title exclusive curation that includes theatrical releases and year-end buzz titles such as "I'm the Prince Alone," "Now You See Me 3," "First Rise," and "It Can't Be Helped." It will also offer a variety of seasonal content by category, including the entire Harry Potter series and European sentiment films, to strengthen preferences by genre.
KT is also holding a prize event for customers who purchase content in the movie specials section. It will award a total of 505 winners with various prizes, including AirPods Pro 3rd generation (5 people), Paris Baguette Wishing Tree cake (300 people), Naver Pay point 10,000-won voucher (100 people), and GS mobile gift certificate (100 people). After purchasing a movie, users can easily enter by following the on-screen guidance on the TV.
In addition, Genie TV's dedicated IPTV service for infants and young children, "Kids Land," will run a "Kids Land Christmas free specials section" from the 23rd to the 30th of this month, offering about 700 Christmas-themed titles for free.
