Samsung Electronics said on the 19th it will hold the "2026 Samsung Electronics Sale Festa" (2026 Samsaepe) from Jan. 1 to 31 next year.
Marking its sixth year, the event will run simultaneously at Samsung Electronics' online and offline stores nationwide for home appliances, mobile, and information technology (IT) products. In particular, the 2026 Samsaepe significantly strengthened customer benefits in line with the popularity of the "artificial intelligence (AI) subscription club" and the trend of concentrated wedding, move-in, and moving demand in January. Previously, under the "AI package," customers purchasing large appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, and washer-dryers could receive benefits worth up to 50,000 won per item, while those buying small appliances such as dishwashers, electric ranges, and vacuum cleaners could receive benefits worth up to 30,000 won per item.
In this Samsaepe, AI package customers who make a lump-sum purchase of two or more AI products during the event period will receive a "double benefit," which is twice the existing benefit. That means they will receive Samsung Electronics membership points worth up to 100,000 won depending on the model.
When purchasing AI package products through the AI subscription club, a "subscription triple benefit" applies that triples the benefits, providing points worth up to 150,000 won. In addition, on Samsung.com, a limited quantity of 17 popular items including TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, and dishwashers will be sold at up to 50% off. Customers who join the "wedding club" and "move-in club" at Samsung Store and then purchase products will receive membership points worth up to 800,000 won depending on the purchase amount tier.
Wedding club members who purchase 5 million won or more will also receive a special benefit extending the free service period to three years for nine major appliances, including TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines. Moving club members can receive membership point benefits of up to 400,000 won depending on the purchase amount.
Samsung Electronics also plans to hold an event from the same day for customers who sign up for the "Samsaepe advance notice" on Samsung.com.
