NHN Cloud said on the 18th that it signed a business agreement with iM Data System to cooperate on building cloud systems for the financial sector and on digital transformation (DX).
Under the agreement, the two companies will build a financial cloud to transition the core service infrastructure of iM Financial Group, and jointly push mid- to long-term digital transformation vision setting and cloud-based innovation strategies.
As it leads iM Financial Group's digital transformation strategy and cloud adoption roadmap, iM Data System will plan specialized services based on NHN Cloud and pursue expansion of external business. NHN Cloud plans to provide cloud infrastructure and services optimized for iM Data System and support technology and consulting for a stable cloud transition.
Heo Hee-do, head of NHN Cloud, said, "We will work closely to advance cloud transition and innovation in the financial sector."
